Order Cancellations:
We understand that circumstances may change, but please note that order cancellations or modificationsmust be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Given our commitment to fast processing, we cannot guarantee that cancellations will be possible after this time. Returns & Refunds:
We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. Returns will only be accepted for products that meet these criteria.
Please be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and the original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Important Information Regarding Damaged Items:
To ensure proper handling of any potential damages, we highly recommend inspecting the package and its contents at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the outer carton, you must indicate "CARTON DAMAGED"on the delivery receipt before signing. If you are unable to inspect the package immediately, please note that failure to report any damage within 24 hours of delivery will result in the buyer being responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacements.
